This is an opportunity for talented individuals to gain valuable experience in the Livestock industry.

About the Program:
  • A comprehensive 24-month learning and development program, including four leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-ground training, and mentorship.
  • Develop your business skills, including sales and client relationship building, communication, marketing, social media, finance, problem-solving, negotiation, and team leading.
  • Livestock skills training, including next-generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, auctions, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology.

To be considered, you must have a strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong negotiation abilities. You should also demonstrate successful completion of Year 12, a minimum of 24 months' experience in the Agricultural industry (preferably in Livestock), willingness to relocate, Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, vaccination against Q Fever, ability to work in a team environment, willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.
