A 24-month Livestock Career Development Program

We are seeking top talent to join our team and participate in a comprehensive program that will provide valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock activity. During this time, you will have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, being mentored and guided by experienced livestock employees and leaders. You will also receive on the ground training, participate in leadership and skill-building workshops, and complete an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing.

This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about the Livestock industry and want to take their career to the next level. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry, and will be willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program. They will also be required to demonstrate a genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the Livestock Industry, as well as meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.

  • Successful completion of Year 12
  • Worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock.
