Unleash Your Potential as a Chief Supply Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Chief Supply Optimization Specialist. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest supply rates through our network and delivering great availability for customers.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute effective long and short-term order plans to achieve optimal supply chain performance.
  • Pro-actively manage and resolve supply chain exceptions across the portfolio to mitigate service risks.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to drive business outcomes and best practices.
  • Drive Supplier Performance Management & Collaboration to maximize On Shelf Availability and develop seasonal plans.
  • Act as a central communication hub, liaising with multiple stakeholders to foster strong business relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • Retail and/or FMCG expertise.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including stakeholder influencing.
  • Supply or Demand Planning experience (desirable).
  • Analytics and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills to deliver insights to the business.
