About Our Care Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide exceptional care and support to our clients at our aged care facility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in line with their personalized care plans
  • Assist clients to develop skills for independence, enabling them to maintain their dignity and well-being
  • Attend to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing, and daily activities, promoting their physical and emotional comfort
  • Support clients with medication requirements, ensuring accurate administration and adherence to their care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver holistic care, addressing the diverse needs of our clients

Requirements:

  • Vaccination against Influenza and COVID-19
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care (or willingness to obtain)
  • Good computer and mobile device skills, facilitating effective communication and documentation
