About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience up to Senior Associate in Australia, with expertise in Employment, Workplace Relations, and/or Industrial Relations law.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on employment-related matters;
- Conduct wage modelling and auditing, prepare agreements, and defend employee-based claims;
- Develop business development strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue;
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive long-term success;
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities;
This role includes:
- Providing expert advice on employment law, including wages, agreements, and disputes;
- Developing and implementing business development strategies to grow our client base;
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes;
- Maintaining accurate records and files for clients and internal purposes;
- Participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree from an Australian university;
- A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience as a Lawyer in Australia;
- Expertise in Employment, Workplace Relations, and/or Industrial Relations law;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
