We're seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our facilities. The successful candidate will provide administrative leadership for the Supply Chain Operations team and manage customer-facing responsibilities with drivers, visitors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and supervise two staff members.

- Assist with data analysis for budget management.

- Coordinate financial information related to plant hire equipment and inventory.

- Manage staff timesheets and ensure accurate payroll data entry.

- Oversee purchasing of stationery, PPE and uniforms.

- Support safety and environmental management systems.

- Manage accounts payable and inventory reconciliation.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in administration and supervisory roles.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
