Job Overview:

The Logistics Supervisor Lead will be responsible for supporting the management team in delivering high-quality transportation services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to oversee daily operations at the depot
  • Lead and support driving staff in a 24/7 environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Effectively manage a vehicle fleet to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and environmental sustainability
  • Represent the organization in an official capacity, requiring regular after-hours commitments and occasional interstate travel

Key Requirements:

  • Manage staff with demonstrated experience, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Work within an operational environment, leveraging expertise to drive results
  • Proactively manage staffing and performance issues, adhering to relevant policies and guidelines
  • Display leadership and integrity, setting a positive example for the team
