Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is a key role within our organisation, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members and overseeing the management of the reception area.

  • Provide professional service to all members, ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive.
  • Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries, meeting targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Supervise the Reception team, providing training and ongoing support for new employees.
  • Roster the Reception team to ensure adequate staff are available at critical times to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work with other departments to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining records and data, while maintaining a clean and organised environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' previous customer service supervisory experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and a natural drive to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Experience in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
