Critical Care Physician Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care professional to join our team in one of Australia's most unique and remote ICUs.
The RoleYou will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, managing complex, high-acuity cases rarely seen elsewhere in Australia.
- Manage a wide range of critical care patients, including emergency admissions and long-term stays.
- Pursue opportunities for research, education, and service development, contributing to the growth and improvement of our ICU.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, shaping the future of healthcare in this unique demographic profile.
To be successful, you will hold a Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) or equivalent, with current registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA. Experience in Paediatric ICU is desirable but not essential.
A strong interest in education, quality improvement, and service development is also required. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of intensive care medicine, we encourage you to apply.
