**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating traincrew and yard operations to ensure efficient deployment of resources while maintaining high customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the allocation, utilization, and deployment of production resources to achieve disciplined execution of the yard plan.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes, systems, and procedures to eliminate above-rail factors impacting supply chain performance.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to direct operational employees to achieve performance objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with legislative/statutory obligations and company policies.

About You:

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preference is given to candidates with Trian Driving and/or Shunt Qualifications and a Certificate IV/Diploma in Frontline Management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability in using computers and Microsoft Office suite is also required.
