
Internet Business Development Manager

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships with internet-centric companies.
A key focus of this role is to generate new business through the sale of high-bandwidth IP transit services and associated value-added solutions.
This position involves developing and executing strategic plans for customer engagement, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales of IP transit and internet infrastructure services to new and existing customers.
- Analyzing and negotiating complex technical and commercial terms with clients.
- Managing assigned accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Coordinating cross-functional engagement across teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Developing and executing strategic plans for customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, particularly those fluent in Chinese, Korean, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Staying current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in internet infrastructure sales, ideally with a background in telco or IP transit.
- Strong understanding of IP routing, cloud services, server environments, and internet backbone technologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Multilingual communication skills: Chinese preferred, with Korean and Bahasa Indonesia as valuable assets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while coordinating across global teams.
- Advanced planning and strategic thinking skills with high business acumen.
