Business Solutions Lead

This role encompasses leading a team of banking domain consultants to devise and deliver innovative solutions that foster client trust and business growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, services, and product teams to develop tailored software solutions that align with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and banks' strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and mentoring a team of banking domain consultants
  • Developing and positioning banking solutions that address client needs and resolve business challenges
  • Crafting compelling value propositions that highlight return on investment (ROI) and competitive differentiation
  • Driving deal success through impactful solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and client engagements

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology with a strong background in business solutions and consulting
  • Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management
  • Proven leadership skills, including managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities
