About the RoleWe are seeking an Aeromedical Fundraising Specialist to spearhead exciting fundraising campaigns like Flying Doctor Day and national peer-to-peer initiatives. As a key member of our Community Relations Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide top-notch care to the farthest corners of WA, enhancing our reputation, and attracting diverse support.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to achieve fundraising targets, enhance community awareness, and build lasting relationships.
- Create engaging written content to promote our services and events.
- Represent and evaluate RFDS in national and state peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
- Develop and manage a regular giving (monthly donor) program.
- Implement strategic donor engagement appeals.
- Plan and execute donor engagement and stewardship strategies.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A permanent, full-time role or 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment expenses.
