You will be part of a high calibre ethical fundraising and marketing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of community fundraising and marketing programs, ongoing stewardship of community supporters, and providing marketing and communications support to the broader Foundation team.

The Position- Coordinates the development and the implementation of the Foundation’s Community Engagement portfolio programs, including fundraising, brand marketing and communications, to grow revenue through individual and community giving, including but not limited to Appeals, Regular Giving, Gifts in Lieu, Workplace Giving, General and Hospital Direct Donations. Undertakes post analysis of campaigns and initiatives as required.- Contributes to the team planning processes, including providing feedback and insights to assist with development of plans and targets to optimise donor acquisition and retention.- Identifies and engages with key stakeholders across Group, hospitals and services and forges valuable internal relationships to support the Foundation in establishing and nurturing a culture of giving.- Coordinates Foundation involvement in peer-to-peer/third-party fundraising activities, including major events and personal fundraisers, and develops and implements plans for acquisition, recognition and stewardship of third party fundraisers.- Coordinates timely acquittal of funds raised through Community Engagement programs, including identifying suitable projects, arranging funds dispersal, and reporting back to donors on impact of funds.- Coordinates development and implementation of campaign plans, communications and donor correspondence for internal and external audiences, including liaising with services, caregivers and patients to develop compelling impact stories and other content for use across multiple print and digital channels.- Coordinates design, production and installation of Foundation marketing materials for hospitals and services, including but not limited to print/digital signage and fundraising collateral. Undertakes travel to hospitals and services as required and works closely with local teams to ensure displays and materials are installed and maintained appropriately.- Supports development and implementation of plans to meet agreed fundraising targets for the portfolio, including but not limited to, new donors acquired, supporter growth rate and retention, donor conversion (e.g. to Regular Giving), average donor value and donations received, funds raised and funds received.- Demonstrates sound financial stewardship and good governance of the portfolio’s resources within budget, within current laws and regulations, and using sound ethical judgement.- Works with the Foundation Services team to ensure the portfolio’s systems and processes are optimised, including but not limited to, contact strategy, supporter care and stewardship.- Provides marketing, PR and internal and external communications support to the Foundation CEO and broader team, including website content management, media monitoring and PR, general in-house graphic design

You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing and implementing multi-channel, segmented fundraising campaigns/appeals, and/or marketing, communications and fundraising plans. This will include direct marketing, social media, eDM and other online strategies along with professional copywriting and editing skills.

You will have experience in website content development, using content management systems (e.g. Sitecore) and a functional use of graphic design platforms (e.g. Adobe software, Canva, etc). Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, preferably with experience in writing community fundraising ‘asks’, will be essential to this position.

You will possess relevant qualifications in marketing, PR/communications, fundraising, business or a related discipline, along with 5+ years’ experience in a professional fundraising, marketing or communications role. Preferably you will have experience within a charity or non-profit entity. You will also hold a valid WA drivers license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

We can offer you- Salary $94,744 to $98,193 plus 11.5% Superannuation- Commencing 6th January 2025, 12 month fixed term fulltime position working 76 hours a fortnight- Located at our Perth CBD office with 40% work from home option- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
