Exceptional Pool Service Technician Wanted

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as pool service technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to residential and commercial customers, working independently across a range of sites.

About the Role:
  • Test and balance pool water using advanced equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manually clean pools and spas of all shapes and sizes, from backyard havens to resort showpieces.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on pool systems to keep them safe and sparkling.
  • Identify and recommend future service and product needs to add real value to your customers.
  • Install equipment, such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators, to manufacturer specifications, and learn the basics of pipework and hydraulics.
  • Sales: identify and disclose future sales and service opportunities at each location.

We require candidates who are well-presented, professional communicators. We need keen learners with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Our clients trust us to keep their pools perfect, so we're looking for safety-conscious individuals who can handle chemicals and equipment responsibly. The role involves some heavy lifting and manual work, so physical capability is essential. Finally, we need independent workers who are confident working solo in the field.
