About IOS Monitoring Expert Role

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing Intune for IOS device management, including enrollment settings, policy configurations, and app deployments. To achieve this, they will need to ensure seamless device enrollment via Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles.
  • Deploy and manage IOS applications, including those purchased through ABM and those created using Intune's app wrapping tools.
  • Implement and manage Intune's compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational security requirements.
  • Troubleshoot device and application issues related to Intune policies and configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, specifically managing IOS devices.
  • A strong understanding of IOS device management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple Device Enrollment Program.
  • Experience with Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles.
