Job Description

We are seeking a skilled iOS Monitoring professional to configure and manage Intune for iOS device management. The ideal candidate will have experience with enrollment settings, policy configurations, and app deployments.

  • Ensure seamless device enrollment via Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
  • Manage Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles.
  • Deploy and manage iOS applications, including those purchased through ABM and those created using Intune's app wrapping tools.
  • Configure app protection policies to protect corporate data on iOS devices.
  • Implement and manage Intune's compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational security requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in iOS device management and Intune configuration.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple Device Enrollment Program.
  • Ability to troubleshoot device and application issues related to Intune policies and configurations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft services, such as Azure Active Directory, for authentication and authorization.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
