About IOS Monitoring Specialist Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing Intune for IOS device management, including enrollment settings, policy configurations, and app deployments.
Seamless device enrollment via Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP)
Manage Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles
Deploy and manage IOS applications, including those purchased through ABM and those created using Intune's app wrapping tools
Configure app protection policies to protect corporate data on IOS devices
Implement and manage Intune's compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational security requirements
Troubleshoot device and application issues related to Intune policies and configurations
Maintain detailed documentation of Intune policies, procedures, and configurations
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Intune policies for IOS devices
Ensure seamless enrolment via Apple Business Manager and Apple Device Enrollment Program
Manage IOS applications and configure app protection policies
Troubleshoot device and application issues related to Intune
This role requires a strong understanding of IOS device management principles and best practices. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Intune, specifically managing IOS devices.
Requirements
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, managing IOS devices
Strong understanding of IOS device management principles and best practices
Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple Device Enrollment Program
Experience with Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification.
