We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate and execute daily and weekly mobile maintenance activities, prioritizing resources, machinery and personnel.
- Solve technical and logistical problems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
- Mentor, coach and develop training plans for team members to close skill gaps.
- Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting or Auto Electrician.
- 5+ years post-trade experience with large fleets of mobile mining machinery.
- Demonstrated experience with mine system maintenance, general computer skills and leadership abilities.
