We are seeking a motivated and energetic leader to join our team as the Warehouse Team Supervisor. This role will work alongside the returns team and oversee the day-to-day duties whilst lending a hand to our warehouse staff from time to time.

About the Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the returns team
  • Process all returns, ensuring they meet set standards
  • Sort returned stock for warehouse staff
  • Assist the team with processing returns orders to achieve daily targets
  • Maintain accurate records of returns processed

About You

  • Prior warehousing experience is essential
  • Leadership skills - you have led teams or supervised staff
  • Great communication skills - clear instructions and follow-up
  • Computer literate
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work efficiently

  • You have experience in footwear or retail
  • You are a strong communicator and team player
  • You are highly organised and can work quickly and accurately
