This position calls for a leader who remains composed in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, dynamic, and sociable, with exceptional communication abilities and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that all visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Successful candidates will exhibit the capacity to effectively engage with a diverse clientele, encompassing various ages, abilities, cultures, and needs. Experience as a lifeguard is essential, and the role includes a variety of evening shifts throughout the week. This is a Full-Time opportunity.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong verbal communication skills Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to the facility Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends Valid First Aid (Level 2) & CPR Certification National Police Clearance Current Pool Lifeguard Certification Pool Operations Certification is advantageous

While prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, it is highly valued.
