Fero Waste and Recycling Inc, a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, is seeking a skilled Dispatcher/Administrator to join their team based out of their Bathurst, NB location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with superior judgement
  • Manage phone calls and direct them as needed, setting up customer orders and dispatching drivers to calls
  • Coordinate with drivers for deliveries and services, utilizing information on customer needs and driver locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues
  • Field emails from customers and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Perform data entry and maintain office files and supplies
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is required
  • Being Bilingual is a requirement
