Your Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for families reaching out to our service
  • Manage appointments for therapists (in-clinic and mobile)
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold privacy standards
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and web
  • Build relationships with clients and families
  • Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
  • Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
  • General typing, data entry, and computer work
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Practice management software experience essential
  • Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid required
