About Our Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals in their homes and communities.

About You
  • You have a qualification or certification relevant to the role, such as a diploma or degree in social work or a related field.
  • You possess strong empathy and understanding of diverse experiences, allowing you to provide tailored support to each individual.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • You are an enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire others to achieve their goals.
  • You hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements, such as first aid and manual handling certifications.
