Marketing Expert

We're seeking a talented Marketing Expert to deliver and execute brilliant creative campaigns for various products and services. This role requires someone passionate about developing effective campaigns based on customer insights and test-and-learn strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, marketing, and GTM teams to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Understand our target audience's wants, needs, and preferences, and communicate effectively with them.
  • Develop category marketing strategies and execute the marketing plan with a focus on effectiveness and driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external and internal teams to create exceptional marketing campaigns based on compelling consumer propositions.
  • Work with the media team to provide media planning recommendations for specific brands or product portfolios.
  • Launch and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel specialists.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance in relation to business commercial performance.
  • Become a brand guardian, protecting the brand asset and enhancing its presence through highly effective creative campaigns.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent industry qualification is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Demonstrate expertise in creative excellence, supplier management, and customer understanding.
