About the Role:

This key operational position is responsible for efficiently allocating and scheduling tasks to our Technicians in the field.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Book service work for retail and rental equipment.
  • Coordinate and allocate service and breakdown jobs to Technicians.
  • Maintain information relating to service and breakdown jobs.
  • Plan daily work to ensure labour available is utilised to its full capacity.
  • Coordinate quoted Additional Repair jobs.
  • Coordinate third-party suppliers for breakdown jobs.
  • Monitor service Work In Progress.
  • Monitor Technician's work hours on a daily basis.
  • Monthly reporting on daily job totals and response times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a position where required to coordinate team members working remotely.
  • Experience in the Material Handling Industry or Industrial Services Industry.
  • Proven experience using an ERP system.
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise work.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal & time management skills.
  • Strong telephone skills and experience responding to a high volume of queries over the phone.
  • Proven ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner.
