We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Disability Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Redcliffe working across two Supported Independent Living homes.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality support and care services to clients by providing personalised support and oversight.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Mentor and supervise support workers to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a disability support role.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
