We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Youth Care program in Mackay. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing direct management and supervision of a dedicated team of Youth Workers, as well as case management and coordination for a small caseload of young people.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Certificate 4 in a recognised area, a driver's license, and current police clearance and Blue Card. You will also need to have experience working with youth, trauma, and complex needs, as well as demonstrated team leadership skills and excellent administration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct management and supervision of a dedicated team of Youth Workers
- Case management and coordination for a small caseload of young people
- Develop and implement trauma-informed care programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Salary packaging up to $15,899 per annum
- 17.5% leave loading
- An Employee Assistance Program which aims to support and empower employees and their loved ones
- Ongoing support and supervision
