About the Role

This graduate program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a regulatory environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your technical and personal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming a regulator in the financial services industry
  • Working in a rotational program where you can influence your journey and develop yourself both technically and personally
  • Being supported by experienced mentors, buddies, and rotation managers

You will complete three five-month rotations across our teams, including frontline supervision, risk, policy, legal, actuarial, regulatory, strategy, IT or data analytics areas. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry and the role of regulators within it.

Learning and Development

An in-depth learning and development program, including access to extensive training programs, designed to support your technical and personal growth. You will also have the opportunity to participate in regular feedback sessions and progress reviews.

Career Prospects

After completing the program, you will be promoted to an Analyst role and have opportunities for mobility and career advancement within APRA and other agencies.
