Financial Regulation Graduate Program Overview

We're looking for a talented and motivated graduate to join our dynamic team. As an APRA graduate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in financial regulation.

Program Details
  • Duration: 15 months
  • Number of Rotations: 3 five-month rotations across various teams, supplemented by two further rotations based on strengths
  • Support from:
    • Buddy: a graduate from the previous year, providing guidance and understanding of challenges faced as a graduate at APRA
    • Mentor: an experienced professional with many years of industry or APRA experience, offering support throughout the program
    • Rotation Managers: managing and assigning work for each rotation
  • Opportunity to permanently move into a role that supports developing skills enjoyed using
  • Graduate placements available in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane offices
