Lead Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a passionate Educator to build an outstanding learning environment for our children.
About the RoleThis casual position is within a supportive team working with children 0–5 years, contributing to an environment that supports learning and development. A minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services is required.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and maintain high-quality education standards aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective educational strategies and interventions for young children
- Contribute to planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and activities for children aged 0-5
- Utilize excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to engage with children, families, and staff
- Hold current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification

Our CentreThe centre features delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with age-appropriate technology and resources, and a range of engaging activities for children up to 106 at capacity. Our operating hours are from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
