Overview

Outside of School Hours Care Disability Educator - Marnebek School at TheirCare Pty Ltd. The TheirCare OSHC program focuses on delivering programs supporting children and young people with complex disability in a specialist school setting. The role involves working with experienced staff to provide high-quality support in a safe, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualised support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
  • Contribute to engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools.
  • Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation.
  • Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
  • Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff.

What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality.
  • Available to work Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in Victoria.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
