Senior Business Transformation Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of the delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of marketing and CRM capabilities across multiple initiatives.

Job Description:

The focus of this role is delivering high-quality outcomes and working closely with business, technology, and quality teams to maximize business value within expected timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Salesforce delivery team and technology vendors to deliver enhancements, projects, and provide 3rd-line support.
  • Manage the project roadmap with product owners and business operations team.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders and own the planning and execution of assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with technical and business team members to develop project definitions and high-level solution designs.
  • Manage offshore development functions (suppliers) and ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and service quality improvements.
  • Provide knowledge sharing across the team to support ongoing development of cross-team operational support functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of cloud-based CRM technologies, including specific Salesforce experience.
  • Demonstrate experience with Agile projects and adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Solid technical understanding of software implementation and development processes and practices.

Personal Qualities:

  • Outstanding time management, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience and determination, strong commercial judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
