Job Summary

This position is responsible for serving as the program representative for cyber operations, managing program platform and content services across supported classifications. The role will support the DoD acquisition program as a Program Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide feedback on material acquisitions, track document deadlines, and manage records of program documents as required by milestone reviews.
  • Assist the U.S. program team in preparing, reviewing, and revising documentation associated with the platform.
  • Coordinate operational status of the platform, planning, conducting, and reporting local requests for support or issues and acquisition requirements.
  • Coordinate feedback and findings from the local program team related to the platform performance for adjudication to the U.S. program team.
  • Coordinate access, logistical support, and training events with the U.S. and AUS management team.
  • Review and provide expert technical advice in the management of the platform.
  • Coordinate with onsite facility staff and the U.S. program team for software releases, scheduled maintenance, and platform downtime events.
  • Provide technical or logistical support for platform training events.
  • Monitor and report physical security of the platform and notify the U.S. program team of any issues immediately.
  • Test and evaluate operational data to optimize the performance of the platform.
  • Report application health within the platform to the U.S. program operations team.
  • Maintain a high-level calendar for tracking and displaying upcoming program reviews and milestone decisions.
  • Develop briefings and presentations at various levels, articulating program vision and mission.
  • Prepare and review acquisition documentation and independent cost estimates with the U.S. program team.
  • Develop Operations Standard Operating Procedures and documentation related to the operations of the platform.
  • Establish and manage external stakeholder relationships and connections to the program team.
  • Coordinate the transfer of training content to and from onsite systems.
  • Manage visitors' requests to deliver or update the platform.
  • Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise for assigned projects.
  • Deliver clear, professional updates and briefings to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply strategic thinking and project management experience to support platform objectives.
  • Support local personnel as a Subject Matter Expert on tasks such as Local Trusted Agents, Portal Organization Administration, Jira Service Desk Agent tasks, and Metabase user roles and deliverables.
  • Support PMO, ISSEs, and ISSOs with Cybersecurity by maintaining knowledge of changes to DoD cybersecurity testing practices, Army Regulations, and cybersecurity T&E policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret security clearance and eligibility for nomination to receive TS/SCI access.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited college/university; industry-standard certifications as specified in task responsibilities.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT, Cyber Operations, and/or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Program Management Certification.
  • Master's Degree in Security Engineering.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are beneficial.
