Job Overview

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will serve as the program representative for cyber operations, platform management & content services at all supported classifications, in support of the acquisition program.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback on material acquisitions, records management of program documents, and track document deadlines as required by milestone reviews.
  • Assist the program team in preparing, reviewing and revising documentation associated with the platform.
  • Coordinate planning, conducting, and reporting operational status of the platform and local request for support or issues and acquisition requirements.
  • Review and provide feedback on local program team findings related to platform performance for adjudication to the program team.
  • Coordinate logistical support needed for installations and training events.
  • Responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and providing expert technical advice in the management of the platform.
  • Coordinate integration of upcoming software release, local facility scheduled maintenance, and other platform downtime events.
  • Provide technical or logistical support in support of onsite platform training events.
  • Monitor and report physical security of the platform and report any issues immediately to the program team.
  • Provide expertise in testing to facilitate coordination and evaluation of operational data to optimize platform performance.
  • Report health of applications within the platform to the program operations team.
  • Maintain high-level calendar to track and display upcoming program reviews and milestone decisions associated with the platform.
  • Develop briefings and presentations at various levels, articulate program vision, and mission.
  • Prepare and review acquisition documentation and independent cost estimates.
  • Develop Operations Standard Operating Procedures and documentation related to the operations of the platform.
  • Establish and manage external stakeholder relationships and connections to the program team.
