Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Perform basic vehicle servicing, inspections, and maintenance under supervision
  • Develop skills in using diagnostics tools and automotive software systems
  • Undertake a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology
  • Complete Tesla-specific training through our global learning platform
  • Maintain the workshop, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and assist in daily operations
  • Gain knowledge of all models, service procedures, and safety standards
Essential Requirements
  • Completed Year 12 education
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Eligible to enrol with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Passion for automotive technology, mechanics, and electric vehicles
  • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in EV systems, battery technology, and sustainable innovation
  • A genuine desire to build a career in the automotive trades or mechanical engineering
