Civil Works - Multi Skilled Operational Worker

This role involves working collaboratively with a close-knit team to carry out various labouring duties and civil maintenance tasks associated with construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diverse labouring duties and undertake civil maintenance tasks within the construction sector.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid MR Driver's Licence.
  • Hold a current Workcover WH&S General Induction for Construction Work in NSW (Whitecard).
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in the construction industry, preferably exceeding 10 years.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Display understanding of and commitment to WHS and EEO principles and relevant legislation.
  • Exhibit well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to function effectively as part of a cohesive team.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Embracing a culture of continuous improvement.
