Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Design & Approvals Coordinator.

About the Role
  • This is an excellent chance to work with a renowned Tier 2 builder on commercial and industrial projects across Sydney, producing high-quality design documents and collaborating with project teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing construction design documents, liaising with project teams and external consultants, and delivering various design stages. They will also need to prepare required documents for council approval as part of obtaining construction certificates.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' local experience in a similar role working in construction, drafting, design coordination, or approvals coordination.
  • Proficient in Revit software.
  • Experience lodging CC and CDC applications.
  • Previous experience working for a head contractor delivering new build construction projects is highly desirable.
