About the Role

We are seeking a permanent full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Elders Group. As a key member of our Property Management Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department, providing timely and accurate responses to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure seamless delivery of property management services.
  • Process tenancy applications, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Assist with rent arrears, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Provide administrative support for property management activities, including preparing property reports and maintaining accurate records.
About You:
  • You will have a strong background in real estate or a related field, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • You will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
