Position Overview:

This role is a 12 Month Contract (Maternity Leave Cover).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the store to meet sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, inventory management, labor cost control, and loss prevention.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to excel in KPIs and value-added targets across the store.
  • Regularly assess store performance to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals—celebrate achievements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage labor costs effectively, ensuring compliance with weekly wage targets and company scheduling standards.
  • Guide and mentor your team to foster high morale and support their professional growth through training and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold state and national OH&S standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or third-in-charge.
  • A proactive and determined 'Make it Happen' mindset.
  • A genuine passion for leading and motivating a team towards success.
  • A solid track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Strong operational skills with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
