The Professional Services Manager is a leadership role that oversees the consulting, implementation, and education of customers in the Asia Pacific region.
This position involves managing customer support activities, directing and controlling service engagements, and ensuring timely delivery to project plans.
Key responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, driving pull-through services revenue, and responsible for personnel and business management of direct teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing customer support and service engagements.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and margin attainment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels.
As a Professional Services Manager, you will have opportunities to utilize your leadership attributes, including critical and strategic thinking, understanding, and executing organizational goals.
OthersIn this role, you will be accountable for services P&L attainment, revenue, margin, and resource forecasting for assigned portfolio of engagements.
Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching project resources to deliver results and fostering a positive attitude within the team.
