Security Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced security leader to oversee operations and drive growth in the region. Our company specializes in providing protection services, including Cash In Transit (CIT), Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Security, and Security Governance.

The Role:

As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, performing CIT services, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements, and spearheading business development efforts to expand the client base.

  • Oversee cash management services to ensure secure transportation of cash and valuables.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to safeguard personnel, clients, and assets.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by managing costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Supervise a team of security officers and provide hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the region to expand the client base.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities to cross-sell additional security solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and service gaps, aligning business development strategies with regional market demands.
  • Participate in tenders and proposals targeting large contracts.
Leadership and Administration:
  • Lead, mentor, and support security staff to ensure high performance and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate with head office to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance tracking.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
