What you will do
  • Transport materials between worksites and support the team with hands-on tasks.
  • Take ownership of precision measuring, plan reading and quality control.
  • Operate a range of machinery including skid steer, front-end loader, rollers and water cart.
What we are looking for
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in civil engineering.
  • Delivering quality and desirable service levels in the context of the position requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute and apply analytical and problem-solving skills in road construction matters.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and monitor personal workload with minimal supervision to achieve outcomes within timeframes.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, exercising initiative and judgement with minimal supervision.
Essential requirements
  • Current MR class driver's licence
  • White Card
  • Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) – not essential to apply but may be required at a later stage as an appointment condition.
