We are accelerating Australian research and innovation through strategic partnerships with the research community and industry to build leading-edge digital research infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute expertise in digital research infrastructure to national scale multi-partner programs and projects, setting an example for others to follow.
- Collaborate with other Managers and the Senior Leadership team to collectively deliver the ARDC's strategy and drive success.
- Establish strong relationships and partnerships across the digital research ecosystem, ensuring access to the latest knowledge and developments in digital research infrastructure.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building a high performing team through collaborative leadership that supports and empowers staff, fosters open communication, shared decision making, and a culture of trust built on the organisation's values.
Requirements:Leadership skills and experience in managing specialist teams.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
