Job Title: Employment Programs Manager

About the Position:

As an Employment Programs Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Graduate Program. This is a key member position within our Strategic Workforce Planning Team, working closely with previous graduate cohorts, senior leaders, and other stakeholders.

  • Program Management: Oversee and manage the entire Graduate Program, including reviewing and reporting on previous programs, identifying areas for improvement using data and insights.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across government agencies and lead the recruitment program for upcoming graduate cohorts.
  • Cohort Management: Program management of existing graduate cohorts completing their rotations across different business units.
  • Representation: Represent us at graduate careers fairs and expos.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a competitive salary between $103,920 - $125,735 plus 10.5% superannuation. We also offer a hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days WFO and 2-3 WFH every week) and flexible work options to support your wellbeing and family commitments.
