Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert advice on complex legal matters, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-quality legal advice and guidance to support business decisions, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.

  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform legal opinions and recommendations.

  3. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, fostering strong relationships and communication.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).

  • Proven experience as a Senior Legal Counsel or similar role, demonstrating expertise in corporate law and litigation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
