Job Opportunity:

Marketing and Communications Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Business Partner to lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing and communication initiatives that build brand equity, support business development, and drive meaningful engagement with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and create tailored plans for regional and project-specific outcomes.
  • Own and manage external communications including media, community, government, and client relations.
  • Develop compelling content for social media, campaigns, and corporate materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage social media calendars and campaigns in collaboration with the broader Marketing and Events team.
  • Drive award submissions, support marketing automation (Pardot), and collaborate with PR agencies for media exposure.
  • Lead content creation for project showcases, milestone celebrations, and digital marketing assets.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive marketing outcomes.
  • Strong content development and storytelling skills across digital and traditional channels.
  • Expertise in social media, digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning capabilities.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to navigating business priorities and change.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 5 plus years' experience in marketing or communications roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Familiarity with construction, property, or infrastructure sectors highly desirable.
