We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to lead our brand presence, generate leads and support sales team in the Australian market with innovative offshore solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support sales pipeline across various markets.

- Tailor positioning and messaging for our offshore services to resonate with the Australian market.

- Partner closely with the sales team to create compelling sales collateral, client case studies and pitch materials.

- Translate technical solutions into customer-friendly narratives that showcase business impact.

- Build sector-specific value propositions and lead branding and content strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Champion consistency in tone, visuals and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

- Establish marketing tools, workflows and reporting frameworks to streamline campaign delivery and measure ROI.

- Work with leadership to prioritise initiatives with the greatest business impact.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a leadership or independent contributor role within a tech environment.

- Proven experience driving demand generation and brand positioning, especially within the Australian market.

- Strong skills in campaign development, digital marketing, content creation and stakeholder management.
