We're looking for experienced food production workers to join our Client at Clayton at a large-scale baking facility If you're passionate about producing high-quality baked goods and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance.

Available Shifts

Production (12:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 12:30 AM)

12-hour rotating shifts - flexibility to work both day and night is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and monitoring food production machinery
  • Working on the depanning line - ensuring bread loaves are correctly transferred to conveyors
  • Handling hot tins
  • Operating on the dough line, including:
    • Managing rejected dough and re-weighing it
    • Weighing ingredients using an onscreen recipe system
  • Using electric pallet jacks to move stock efficiently
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is essential
  • Experience as a baker or in a high-volume bakery is a must
  • Must be flexible to work both AM and PM shifts
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to quality and hygiene standards
  • You must provide Proof of Work documents to work in Australia (Australian Birth Certificate or current Passport) to be considered for this role. Please note all applications will be treated as private and confidential and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
