Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Horticulture and Weed/Pest Control Operations Lead to join our team.

As a key member of our operations division, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our horticulture and weed/pest control teams to achieve excellence.

You will plan and manage staff schedules, resources and site operations efficiently, conduct regular site audits to uphold safety, quality and compliance standards, and build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

In addition, you will monitor operational performance, budgets and KPIs to drive continuous improvement, support and develop your team, helping them grow professionally and achieve success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for horticulture and pest/weed management to make a real impact on team performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory and/or leadership experience in horticulture and/or weed/pest management is essential.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong client relationship skills.
  • Comfortable reporting on performance metrics and project outcomes.
  • Relevant industry qualifications and/or licensing (highly regarded).
